UK species list

The Ulster Museum and the Marine Conservation Society produced The Species Directory of the Marine Fauna and Flora of the British Isles and Surrounding Seas. This 508 page volume assembles all the disparate lists of British and Irish marine species, incorporating all recent literature and taxonomic revisions. This volume has now become an essential reference standard by which we store data in JNCC's marine databases.
