JNCC Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies Programme: Staff Members.

Tony Weighell is the Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies Programme Leader.

 

is the Overseas Territories Officer. She joined JNCC in February 2007. She is the first point of contact at JNCC for OT work.

 

Anton Wolfaardt is the ACAP (Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels) Co-ordinator. He works full time in the OT programme and is based in the Falkland Islands.

 

Diana Mortimer is the Sustainabilty Advice Programme leader at JNCC. She is currently working on an ecosystem mapping project with the Turks and Caicos Islands.

 

Deanna Donovan  is the Environmental Economist Adviser at JNCC. She has recently run a workshop on economic valuation in small islands at the Reunion Conference.

 

Deborah Procter is the Climate Change Adviser at JNCC. She is involved in a range of national, regional and international initatives. She is also looking at Climate Change in the UK Overseas Territories.

 

Vin Fleming is the Global Programmes programme leader. He used to lead JNCCs Overseas Territories Programme and has done CITES training in OTs. He is the OT CITES contact.

 

NIkki Chapman is the OT funding officer and marine focal point.

 

Elizabeth Moore is the Biodiversity Research Adviser at JNCC for the OTs.
